Ordered a pedestal Broillmaster grill. Paid half up front waited a couple weeks they called setup installation date all good. Well when they came one of the installers had bad attitude not happy having a difficult removal of previous pedestal grill. Then install was incomplete no burner in box. No brickets, igniter was missing, no rubber piece for grip on handle missing, knobs missing. All supposedly missing out of brand new box from manufacturer. They've come back 3 times bringing missing items. Still waiting on handle grip. Came out one time with burner and wrong knobs, another time with new brackets, and another time with ignighter. Had to call and call each time to follow up to know they were going to come back with additional items. Which after speaking to them they did make right. But working harder not smarter. Still waiting on a handle grip . Which I ordered myself just to see if my order beats there order and I just did that today they have 4 week jump start on me. Very disappointed.

I stopped by knowing which model of fireplace I wanted to purchase and confirmed my selection after seeing it in the showroom. Shared I was on a tight construction timeline. Was assured they could accommodate. Installer stopped by to assess, said quote would be quick. Never received. Called twice to follow up. Both times was promised a quote soon. Still no quote or communication from the company. Has been weeks at this point. Hate to knock a local company that I’ve used in the past, but time is a precious commodity for many people, including myself. Ended up ordering through Indy Grills and Outdoor Living after seeing their fireplace installs at Westwood Vowery and Estate in Westfield. Indy Grills’ customer service was attentive and efficient (quote received and down payment made in a couple of days).

My wife and I bought a Mendota gas insert fireplace from O'Malia's and we couldn't be more pleased. David was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He helped us ultimately decide on a Mendota, but didn't pressure us at all. The fireplace insert was available for installation within a few weeks from the date we placed the order. Jeremy with ChimPro (recommended by O'Mallia's) did a great job with installation, and we were up and "burning" the same day. About three months after installation, the overhead light that shines down on the logs stopped working, but after one phone call to O'Malia's, Scott sent Troy Hanlon (fireplace guy) out a few days later and replaced the light bulb. The store is well laid out and has so many lovely things to see, so we bring our granddaughter (and her mom) into the store just to see the sights and see what's new ...and we are always greeted by the staff welcomely. I highly recommend O'Mallia's Living and encourage you to visit their lovely store. You won't regret it!! //Dave//

I’m very pleased with the service, professionalism and workmanship I received from O’malia’s. Steve helped me in-shop to pick out the perfect fireplace and design for my new condo and he even stopped by to double-check measurements and my choices. He was tremendously responsive anytime I reached out with questions and very quick to respond on everything. Troy did the install and his work is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the new fireplace was built exactly how I wanted and included me in every step along the way. He made multiple trips to get the job done just right. I honestly cannot say enough about these two guys and the customer service they provided me. I would highly recommend O’malia’s to anyone who wants to be treated with impeccable service. Even though I had a tight budget to work with, you’d never have known by the way they made me feel like my job was important to them. Outstanding!

Our initial purchase from O’Malia’s (an outdoor fire pit and chairs) several years ago was such a great purchase we brought it with us when we recently moved, and returned to O’Malia’s to find more pieces to augment our outdoor spaces. Steve is wonderful to work with and he has a tremendous eye for designing outdoor spaces. Everyone we’ve worked with there has been fantastic.
